2) General assumptions:
Online orders are carried out in accordance with the following regulations in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of December 25, 2014. Please read its content, because by shopping with us you accept the regulations.

3) Orders:
The store conducts retail sales via the Internet. Orders are accepted via the website: silence-silence.com Prices in the online store "Silence" are gross prices (including VAT). The sale takes place in the Polish currency PLN. For foreign shipments, we accept EURO. The Buyer receives a receipt confirming purchases in our online store with each completed order. Providing the delivery address, telephone number and e-mail address is necessary to accept and process the order. The Buyer's data should enable the Seller to properly perform the obligations arising from the distance sales contract. If there is a mistake on the part of the Buyer, all transport costs and other justified costs incurred by the Seller shall be transferred to the Buyer. Please complete the form carefully and reliably. The customer is informed about the order by email or telephone. Website content: silence-silence.com within the meaning of Art. 71 of the Civil Code, does not constitute an offer. Therefore, if the product is unavailable, we immediately inform the Customer about this fact, via e-mail or telephone. In this situation, we suggest:
- order cancelation,
- choosing another product instead.
The products presented in the store are new, free from manufacturing and legal defects, and have been legally introduced to the Polish market. Discounts granted cannot be combined with promotions, discounts and sales. Shipping costs incurred by the Buyer are added to the value of the order. Information on the total value of the order (which includes the price of the goods and the costs of its delivery) outside the Republic of Poland will be each time provided after placing the order on the website of the online store silence-silence.com. These will be the total costs that the Buyer is obliged to pay, including taxes due and the costs of delivering the goods to the recipient's address. Execution of the contract:
Conclusion of the contract for the sale of goods occurs when the customer receives the order confirmation. The price of the item on the silence-silence.com website does not include delivery costs.
In the process of order the Buyer decides how to deliver the goods and accepts the shipping costs and delivery time. We send all orders via Poczta Polska S.A. and DHL courier (depends on the country). If on the main page in the upper right corner there is an inscription "Become our customer - FREE shipping!" then the customer does not bear the shipping costs in the specified delivery option when placing the order. This is a form of promotion and is subject to change.

Orders with the payment option - prepayment will be processed after the payment has been credited to the abovementioned bank account within 1-2 business days. For orders with a prepayment option, we wait for payment within 7 days after placing the order. After this date the order will be canceled. Goods are shipped after the order is approved, within 3-20 days. The store is not responsible for extending the delivery time resulting from the fault of the DHL courier company. The buyer is obliged to check the package in the presence of a courier to exclude mechanical damage to the package or attempts to open it. If the package has been tampered with, a complaint report should be made in the presence of the courier.
4) Complaints
All products are new and covered by manufacturer's warranty. In the event of a complaint, please send the product to: Alicja Flis, Kokawa ul. The Buyer will be informed about the consideration of the complaint by e-mail within 14 days of receipt of the parcel, at the latest.
5) Withdrawal from the contract / return of goods
Within 14 days from the date of delivery, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason. Goods should be returned with proof of purchase: receipt or invoice, in original packaging, without any signs of use. The package should be packed so that it does not get damaged during transport. The Store undertakes to immediately, from the date of receipt of the return shipment, return by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the Buyer - the equivalent of returned products with shipping costs at the lowest price given in the delivery terms. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the product; The Store does not accept return shipments sent at the expense of the Seller. 6) Exchange
The "Silence" online store enables the customer to exchange purchased goods. In a situation where the Customer, after receiving the goods in accordance with the order and corresponding to the content of the concluded contract (full-fledged goods) states that he wants to exchange the goods - the Customer has the right to exchange the purchased goods for another (the same good in a different size or a different model). Please place your order again on the website: silence-silence.com with the "exchange" option selected. The costs of returning the exchanged goods and delivery of the next one shall be borne by the Buyer.
7) Personal data protection
The Seller undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997.
